Payment policy
Deposit RM150 non-refundable
If you opt for deposit payment, full payment is due on 25 June. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder 7 days before!
No show up non-refundable
🔷We truly appreciate no last minute cancellations so we can fully focus to prepare your tent and registrations
🔷 All deposit registrations are non refundable and non transferable
🔷 Cancellations due to any personal reasons within 14days before event will be considered a no-show
🔷 In the event of natural disaster
transfer credit within 360 days of event is available for any (weather, riot, natural disaster (minus deposit RM150). We are not responsible any if you’re unable to give confirmation during the period.
